Inside the repo

Step by step

1. Open the GitHub repo and read the README.
2. In Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add rehan-remade/universal-modder, then /plugin install universal-modder@universal-modder. Codex and Gemini CLI have their own one-line installs in the README.
3. Install Git, Python 3.10+ and ffmpeg. For generated assets, store a fal API key with um fal key set.
4. Start small: "what engine is this game, and has anyone modded it before?", then ask for one simple change and test it.
