Step by step
- Open the GitHub repo and read the README and SETUP.md.
- Make your own private copy (the README explains why a public fork is a bad idea for your personal data), then run python3 tools/install_portal_clis.py.
- Start Claude Code in the folder and type /setup: it reads your CV or asks you questions to build your profile.
- Run /scrape to find jobs, then /apply <job link> for a fit score plus a reviewed CV and cover letter. /interview helps you prepare.
Watch out for
The built-in job board searches are made for Denmark (plus public LinkedIn listings); for other countries you add your own boards with /add-portal. Your name, history and salary go into the project files, so keep the copy private. Read every letter before you send it. Built by a job seeker who says it got him hired (69 applications, 20 first interviews, one offer).
