SubmitHR & IT Helpdesk Chatbot with Audio Transcription
Free n8n template by Felipe Braga. Connects OpenAI, Postgres, Telegram; import it and run it.
What they did
Felipe Braga published this as a ready-made n8n workflow. It chains these steps: AI Agent, Default Data Loader, Embeddings OpenAI, HTTP Request, OpenAI, OpenAI Chat Model, Postgres Chat Memory, Postgres PGVector Store, Recursive Character Text Splitter. You import it, connect your accounts and it runs on a trigger or schedule.
How it went
Live on the official n8n template library, free to use, 35,685 views so far. Checked 2026-10-15.
Step by step
- Open the template on n8n.io and click "Use for free" (or copy the workflow JSON).
- Import it into your n8n. Self-hosted n8n is free; n8n Cloud is paid.
- Connect the accounts it needs: OpenAI, Postgres, Telegram.
- Run it once with test data and check every node's output.
- Turn it on (activate) and review the first real results before trusting it fully.
Watch out for
Templates call paid APIs with your own keys. Set usage limits first and keep a human check before anything is posted or sent.
